Introducing The Worlds First Virtual Reality

We've been hanging low. We've been working hard... on a product that we're not entirely sure the Renting world is ready for... but we're going to give you a taste of the future anyway! 

We'd like to introduce to you the world's first Virtual Reality Property Management App. It can be downloaded on iTunes for iOS devices and on the Android Marketplace for Android Devices.

You can download it today. You can use it today. :)

You'll need a Google Cardboard and your iPhone or Android phone. You'll also need to sign up with us. You just have to sign up. You can use the app to add information for your first property to try it our if you'd like. The app works with your properties in Rentific. We've limited it to 4 properties for now. 

We have disabled some features, in part because we're perfecting the technology and working with other vendors to try to bring it to market. The example of this is "touch" the object in VR. There isn't a clean solution yet for iPhone or Android devices. We'll find it though. 

We're really interested in adapting this technology to other Financial solutions like credit card payments. We have some ideas that we'll be experimenting with.

Been a While...

It's been a while since we're posted on our blog.

We've been very busy updating things and well... inventing.

We have something very interesting that we're going to show you in the next few weeks. We said end of Q1 2017 and we meant it.

It just might change the way Landlords view property management.

Rentific is a great alternative to Williampaid!

Willaimpaid announced yesterday that they are no longer accepting new users and that they will stop processing payments March 5th.

Rentific is a terrific option for landlords looking for a Williampaid replacement. Rentific and Williampaid are very similar. We both process rent payments from tenants to landlords. Rentific is free to use. If you have 1 rental unit or 100 rental units, we are free to use. There really isn't any other way to say that. You can use Rentific to process your rent payments for free. Period.

Worried about signing up? Don't be. Sign up with us, check out our web application and decide if you like us. You can start or stop at anytime. There is absolutely no obligation to use us. Though we have some interesting features coming down the road that will help you be a better landlord.

Rentific also has a pay by text feature that will let you reach tenants whether they have a smartphone or modest lightweight flip phone. This is free to use as well. We want to help landlords get paid! Of course, we also email reminders and give you control over your rental. Please feel free to explore our site and web application.

Pay rent by SMS text..

We've also had some questions about the SMS texting feature in the Rentific app. We want those of you coming over from Sparkrent to know that rent payment reminders can be sent by text message to your renters. Like out rent payment pricing, SMS messaging is free when you use Rentific to pay rent online.
Our SMS text application can be turned on and off in the Dashboard. Our system needs to know what number to send the text message to. So until a user enters their mobile phone number into the phone field in the dashboard, they won't receive any text messages from us. Once a user puts their phone number into the text field, they can "turn on" or "turn off" the text messaging feature.
We know that it is really easy to use text messaging to pay your rent, but we also want to give our users 100% control over this feature. Go ahead and try it! You can always stop it at any time. Of course you can use our mobile enabled web application if you prefer. Whatever works best for you!

We have had some users coming to us from Sparkrent. For those out there reading this, we are free. 100%. You will not be charged to pay rent online with our system. So that means if you have one rental or 100, come on over and you can use us to process your rent payments online for free. If you have any problems or concerns, please feel free to email us or call us.
If you decide at any point in time that you aren't happy. No problem, let us know. There's no obligations, and you can stop any time.
